The launch offer
Aperveil Pro is the $99 USD one-time launch offer for premium shaders and premium blocks, licensed to one developer for unlimited permitted projects. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. Purchasing is not open today. Website templates are excluded; All Access remains coming soon with no announced price or upgrade terms.
Accounts and access
Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. A verified account alone does not grant premium access. Premium downloads require an active access grant. Access may be restricted for abuse, fraud or a material license violation, subject to applicable law. Existing alpha grants are not purchases.
Delivery and compatibility
Catalog previews are not a promise that every item can be downloaded today. Shader export support varies; block source delivery is being prepared. Development previews are excluded from delivered-product counts. Live effects require a compatible browser and device; keep an accessible fallback in your own interface.
Lifetime access
One payment, no subscription. Use the versions you download for as long as your license permits. Published updates and future additions to the same Aperveil shader and block collections are included during the product’s operating life. Website templates, separate products, extra developer seats, custom development and 24/7 support are excluded. Lifetime does not promise a release schedule, perpetual hosting or support for every future browser.
Payments and refunds
Checkout will open only after delivery and the final sales policies are ready. The refund policy shown at the time of purchase and mandatory consumer protections apply. Nothing in these draft terms waives statutory rights or automatically removes rights because digital content was downloaded.
Details still being finalized
The legal seller name, country, support contact, governing law and final liability provisions remain to be confirmed before sales open. Third-party services and assets retain their own terms. Existing licenses remain in force for previously delivered versions.
