APERVEIL / POLICY DRAFT

License

The proposed commercial use scope for Aperveil shaders and blocks. Existing download notices continue to apply.

Draft policy — purchasing is not available. Seller details, support contact and final legal terms will be published before checkout opens. This draft does not replace the license notices supplied with existing downloads.

One developer, unlimited permitted projects

The proposed Pro license covers one developer using premium shaders and premium blocks in unlimited personal, client and SaaS interface projects. It permits embedding them in finished websites and applications for end users. Free content is intended for personal and commercial interface use under the license shipped with each download.

Client handover and teams

You may deliver a completed client project, including the embedded source needed to run that project. This does not transfer a reusable library seat to the client or its developers. Another developer who independently reuses premium content needs their own license. Sharing a premium account, download collection or seat across a team is excluded.

Redistribution limits

You may not sell or publish the raw shader or block library, redistribute its source kits as a standalone product, or package it as a competing library, registry, toolkit, template collection or source marketplace. These restrictions do not prevent ordinary end-user delivery of your permitted finished interface projects.

Included updates and exclusions

One payment, no subscription. Use the versions you download for as long as your license permits. Published updates and future additions to the same Aperveil shader and block collections are included during the product’s operating life. Website templates, separate products, extra developer seats, custom development and 24/7 support are excluded. Lifetime does not promise a release schedule, perpetual hosting or support for every future browser.

Fonts, photographs, video, logos and other third-party assets are not automatically licensed by an Aperveil purchase. Their own license and attribution requirements apply, as do notices shipped with dependencies.

Existing and refunded licenses

This proposed license does not retroactively change the notices supplied with previously downloaded versions. A full refund can remove purchased access and the associated permission to continue using the refunded premium content, subject to the final refund policy and mandatory law; a partial refund does not. A revoked grant blocks new downloads; technical revocation cannot remove files already delivered to a project. The final agreement must state what happens to existing client projects after a refund.
