Refund policy

Checkout is closed. An alpha access grant is not a paid order and does not create a purchase refund claim. The optional refund window and support contact have not been set; this draft promises neither a specific refund period nor a no-refund rule.

The final policy will state the refund window, how to submit an order reference and which access rights change after a refund. Duplicate charges, failed delivery and product defects will be addressed together with the payment provider and applicable consumer protections. Requests should follow the support instructions on the purchase receipt once sales are available.

Lemon Squeezy is the planned merchant of record. Its own buyer terms and refund decisions apply separately from any optional Aperveil refund window. The seller’s policy cannot override the provider’s authority to process a refund or applicable statutory rights.

Downloading source code does not by itself remove mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable consent and acknowledgement for immediate digital delivery must be obtained at checkout. The final policy will reflect the seller’s country and the rules that apply to the buyer.

A confirmed full refund is intended to revoke the access granted by that order and deny new premium downloads. A partial refund, such as a goodwill credit or a tax correction, keeps that access. A refund must not revoke an unrelated valid purchase. The final policy must define permitted use of content already downloaded, including existing client projects, before checkout opens.
