Every angle, another light.
Five faceted glass cuts with studio reflections and colored transmission. Adjust face count, position, elongation and bevel, then export for React.

THE SYSTEM BEHIND THE SURFACE
Inside Glass Facets.
Glass Facets renders five rounded polyhedral cuts with 4, 6, 8, 12 or 20 faces. Analytic normals, two-interface refraction, studio reflections and path-length absorption define the glass. Position and elongation are independent of the color palette.
The form and backdrop are generated. There is no GLTF import, live DOM refraction or arbitrary scene reflection.

Crystal cut
Changes the actual glass geometry, including entry and exit refraction.
Elongation
Stretches the crystal along its local vertical axis.
Position X / Y
Where the glass solid sits in the frame.
Edge bevel
Rounds the edges so they catch light. A perfectly sharp solid only shows its edges where the background happens to change.
Color Looks preserve these settings. Open the editor for all 17 controls.
APERVEIL PRO

This Pro surface's demo, editor and downloads will open in a later release. Free shaders and blocks are available now.
Explore shadersTHE SURFACE IN CONTEXT
Made for a real interface.
Give a digital product launch a single sculptural focal point. Use an offset heading and let the glass hold the center without covering it with UI cards.

An exploration in perspective
A new point of view.
Objects with presence. A collection of considered forms, seen from another angle.
An illustrative layout. Your content stays in HTML; the shader sets the atmosphere.
